The planchet has some tiny marks that occurred during the planchet rolling process that didn’t strike out due to the soft strike. There is a mint clip from 2:30-3:30. There is an old, dull scratch on a dentil above B in LIBERTY. Removed from a NGC holder graded MS62 Brown. A+ | |
