Spiked Chin, Crosslet 4, Stems.  Brown with some faded mint red.  Smooth, frosty surfaces.  Some very minor handling marks.  There is a tiny nick behind the eye.  There is some crud around F and the wreath above that could be easily removed.  State 3.0.  In an NGC holder graded MS62 Brown.  A C#8 is a very common variety but not in MS.        A+
